MONYO Brewing, една од првите „new wave“ пиварници во Унгарија, е основана во 2014 година од Адам Пајн и Анти Немет во Кeбања, со цел да создава бескомпромисни крафт пива. Идејата се родила кога Адам, незадоволен од непостојниот квалитет на локалните пива во неговиот бар MONYO, решил да започне сопствено производство.
Анти, еден од првите домашни пивари во земјата, ја напуштил академската кариера за да се посвети на пиварството, стекнувајќи репутација со своите неконвенционални рецепти.
Со здружени сили, за само половина година ја изградиле пиварницата од нула, со јасна цел – производство на врвни пива без компромиси.
